We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Somerset.
Day to Day:
This role is key to the operations of the maintenance and building projects across this regional contractor. Leading a team, managing projects with a value of up to around 250k. A good sound technical building background is essential.
Job Role:
1. Day-to-day management of building works in various site locations
2. Arranging and managing trades on site
3. Conducting toolbox talks and regular site meetings
4. IT literate
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
* Building related qualification – NVQ, HNC or equivalent
