Location: Llantarnam, Cwmbran, NP44 3YL
Working Hours:
Rotating 3 shifts (must be able to work all 3 shifts)
· Days – Mon-Fri 5:40am-1:40pm,
· Afternoons – Mon-Fri 1:40pm-9:40pm
· Nights – Mon-Fri 9:40pm-5:40am
Payrate: £12.21 per hour plus 23.3% shift allowance = £15.05 per hour
Contract type: Full time, perm (paid weekly in arrears)

About the role:
As a key member of our packing team, you'll be hands-on with biscuit packing equipment—operating, maintaining, and cleaning machinery to ensure smooth production. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, so attention to detail is essential.
Key responsibilities:
· Performing process control checks
· Completing essential documentation
· Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards through 'clean as you go' practices
· Supporting a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations
Key Ingredients for suitable candidates include:
· Numeracy and literacy skills
· Flexibility and problem-solving ability
· Initiative and the ability to work independently
· Strong communication skills
· Teamwork and collaboration
· Experience operating equipment and completing process documentation
· An understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards
· Previous experience in a production or process environment (desirable but not essential)
