RESIDENTIAL FEE EARNER / LICENSED CONVEYANCERCOLCHESTER, ESSEX£35,000 - £55,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer, to join our well-respected client in Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for over 2+ years. They've got very good attitudes towards their staff and know how to value them, people are not treated as a number. They are a really approachable team that have nurtured their culture and great progression plans. The firm offers some hybrid working, a bonus scheme, good progression, standard pension, supportive team. The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
* sales
* purchase
* leaseholds
* freeholds
* remortgages
* transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications.
