Repairs Inspector Bromsgrove, Worcestershire £37,960.52 per annum excellent benefits Permanent, Full Time ClosingDate: Friday 1stMay 2026 4pm Interview Date: Wednesday 13thMay - in person interview We now have an opportunity for a Repairs Inspector to join us to inspect, schedule and monitor day to day repairs within occupied and un-occupied homes to bdht standards. The Role You will carry out pre-termination and mutual exchange inspections, working closely with operatives, internal teams, contractors and third-party partners to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will maintain financial and statistical records for reports including those required by the Trusts Board and ensure the Trusts stock condition database is updated and maintained on a regular basis. About You We are looking for a customer focussed individual with experience of working within the construction industry - ideally within the Residential Social Landlord sector. Youll have demonstrable experience diagnosing, scheduling and managing repair worksand ideally hold an HNC/HND minimum in Building Construction. You will be an excellent communicator and will regard customer satisfaction as your highest priority. Proficiency in the use of basic IT systems along with the ability to use handheld technology to record client management information is essential. You are also required to hold a current valid driving licence and have access to an appropriately insured vehicle. The post holder will be subject to a DBS checkat the Basic level.
