This is a pressing full-time, long-term commitment, offering an immediate start for a focused individual prepared to deliver substantial, positive change.

We seek a professional with deep empathy to serve as an advocate for students managing diverse and intricate needs. Your role will be pivotal in establishing an inclusive culture where every learner feels acknowledged and can actualise their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Help cultivate and sustain a positive, structured, and fully inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Assist in preparing teaching resources and meticulously track and report on student progress and developmental milestones.
* Act as a critical guiding figure, assisting students in navigating towards and achieving their academic and personal objectives.

Requirements

* A mandatory minimum of six months of previous experience operating as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar support role within a UK school system.
* Display a resilient, immensely patient, and proactive approach to engaging with and supporting learners who have SEN.
* Possess exemplary communication skills, proven capability in team collaboration, and robust organisational abilities.
* Must hold an active Enhanced DBS check, or be willing to submit an application for one without delay.
* Practical familiarity with various complex SEN categories (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD) is highly advantageous.

Benefits

* A competitive salary structure.
* Access to continuous opportunities for professional development and bespoke career advisory support.
* Integration into a deeply supportive, encouraging, and high-achieving team.
* Opportunity to earn a £300 reward through our established Refer-a-Friend program.
