The Finance Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance, gain hands-on experience, and earn a nationally recognised qualification — all while working with one of Europe’s leading sustainable packaging businesses. the Finance function at DS Smith What to expect: Our two-year rotational programme gives you real-world experience across a range of core finance functions, including: Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections Introduction to Accounting & Financial Management You’ll also have potential exposure to other key areas such as Payroll and Pensions. You’ll gain practical experience, develop your skills, and study towards your AAT Level 2 and 3 qualifications with full funding and support from DS Smith. Training is provided by a trusted, locally based provider, and we’ll continue to support your studies if you progress into a permanent role. Qualifications & Assessment Minimum of 5 GCSE Grade A-C (4 and above) including English Language, Mathematics and Science or equivalent Successful candidates will be invited to an interview which will start with a 10-minute presentation you have prepared to include an introduction of yourself, the skills and attributes you can bring to the role, your knowledge of DS Smith and why you feel it would be a great place to work, followed by a series of competency-based questions.
