ROLE DETAILS
JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
DIRECT REPORT TO: SALES SUPPORT LEAD
DEPARTMENT: SALES SUPPORT TEAM (INVERURIE)
LOCATION: INVERURIE
OVERVIEW
As part of the support team the successful candidate will provide support to all departments of the business including progressing orders, taking and transferring calls and assisting company management where required.
The successful candidate will need to work closely with the Internal Sales and Procurement Teams as well as the warehouse. This role would be ideally suited for a school leaver or somebody looking to take their first steps in to industry.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU'LL GET TO DO:
· Working as part of the Sales Support team to assists all functions and departments within the business.
· Telephone/reception duties (taking/transferring calls and welcoming visitors)
· Picking note to delivery note conversion
· Collating and ordering stationery and consumables
· Assisting company management as required
· Other duties as assigned

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
· Able to receive and process information via the company stock and sales system, and be capable of detailed communication with colleagues and managers.
· Effective record keeping and organisational skills
· Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internal Stock System
· A basic understanding of pipe, fittings and flanges would be advantageous however training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
