Residential Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE
Location: Sidcup
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 (DOE)
Term : Full-time
A long-established, modern and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their expanding team in Sidcup.
The Role
You will independently manage a busy and varied residential property caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
About You
We're looking for a solicitor who:
* Can work proactively and on their own initiative
* Has solid knowledge of residential property law (property development knowledge beneficial)
* Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines
* Has strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Is comfortable working with minimal supervision
* Can contribute to business development when needed
