Territory Sales Manager – Concrete

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager – Concrete to lead and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined central region territory. This is a high‑impact role where you will take ownership of your area, develop and execute a focused sales strategy, and deliver sustainable growth in market share, revenue, and profitability.
You’ll work closely with both existing and new customers, combining face‑to‑face relationship building with digital engagement to uncover opportunities and deliver value‑added solutions.
The Role
Reporting into the regional sales leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan aligned to our wider Market Strategy Plan. Through strong commercial insight, effective planning, and excellent customer engagement, you will grow share of wallet, enhance customer experience, and deliver profitable results.
Key Accountabilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
* Plan and maintain structured call cycles for customers and prospects, using a blend of in-person, video, and digital engagement
* Set, track, and manage call cycle objectives through Customer Management Plans (CMPs)
* Support the preparation of quotes and submission of tenders
* Resolve customer queries within defined service timeframes and performance metrics
* Grow revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling at agreed profitability levels
* Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships supported by clear customer strategies
* Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure products and services are delivered on time and to specification
* Manage customer-related projects, balancing customer objectives with commercial priorities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned to regional and product strategies
About You
* Strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship-building skills
* Confident using digital tools, data, and CRM systems to drive sales performance
* Highly organised, results-driven, and customer-focused
* Able to manage multiple accounts while working collaboratively across teams
* Comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to regional and national objectives
* Industry experience within concrete, construction materials, or a related sector is preferred but not essential; we welcome strong commercial sales professionals from other industries
