Our client based in Dartford (DA2) is a well established logistics company looking for an experienced Customer Delivery Driver to work as part of a two-person crew delivering furniture with a Driver’s Mate. This is a TEMP - PERM position. Call NIKKI - 0203 973 1111.
Responsibilities
* Vehicle safety checks reporting any faults
* Up to 25 drops a day
* Manual Handling (Heavy Lifting involved)
* Unloading the vehicle (the vehicle will be loaded for you in the mornings)
* Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed in a timely manner, unloading and taking to final delivery point as requested
* Ensure Proof of Delivery paperwork is correct and authorised
* Excellent Customer Service and strong communication skills to work as part of a team
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* 2 years driving experience
* No more than 6 points
* Right to work in the UK
Job Details
* 6AM starts
* £17.73 per hour when permanent - £34,170 Umbrella Rate (rate includes employers NI, apprenticeship levy, and holiday pay)
* When permanent - great benefits
* Free CPC TRAINING
* Monday to Friday with one week rotating to Tuesday to Saturday the following week
