What you’ll do

Develop and execute Group-wide pricing strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share
*
Build and lead a specialist pricing team, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
*
Introduce robust governance and frameworks for pricing policies, discounting, and decision-making
*
Implement systems, tools, and reporting to monitor, control, and optimise pricing performance
*
Partner with senior leaders to influence business decisions and commercial strategy
*
Design pricing structures for new product launches and SaaS models, aligned to product roadmaps
*
Act as the Group’s pricing authority, representing the function at Executive level
What we’re looking for
*
Proven experience delivering successful pricing strategies in both large corporates (FTSE100 or equivalent) and SMEs
*
Track record of building pricing functions, including processes, systems, and tools
*
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and commercial acumen
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with cross-functional and senior stakeholder experience
*
Resilient, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
*
Fluency in Business English (other languages advantageous)
