Our client, a luxury and prestigious hotel, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead proactive business development and secure direct corporate bookings, with a strong emphasis on growing national and local accounts. As Sales Manager, your focus will be on identifying and developing revenue-generating opportunities across key market sectors. You'll work closely with internal teams and external clients to grow business from both new and existing accounts, particularly in the MICE sector.

Research and target new business leads through client visits, calls, events and networking opportunities
Support reactive sales efforts by assisting in enquiry conversion and building strong commercial relationships
Manage account tracking, reporting and the renewal of corporate agreements
Proven experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the meetings, events or hospitality sectors
