Opportunity Details
This twelve-month under-graduate program will ensure that you gain hands-on, practical experience in aspects of the HR function.
You will provide administration support and assist with recruitment activities, absence management, health and well being initiatives as well as learning and development.
You will have the opportunity to work with other functions including operations and commercial gaining a good understanding of how the HR department supports the wider business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for under-graduates to join a vibrant and dynamic team and to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Knowledge & Experience
We are looking for under-graduates studying a HR or Business-related degree. In addition individuals should be:
* Keen to progress and learn within the HR function
* Have a professional work ethic combined with the ability to ensure integrity and confidentiality is always followed
* Self-motivated with a positive outlook
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Focused on attention to detail and maintaining high standards
* Great communicators with an ability to influence others
* Highly computer literate
