Kilbroney House is a small, family run, Mental Health and Nursing care home, set in the Heart of Rostrevor, at the foot of the beautiful and scenic, Mourne Mountains. We are looking to enhance our service through specialist therapeutic input We are seeking a HCPC Registered Art Therapist, to provide specialist therapeutic support on a 1:1 basis 2 hours a week. Essential criteria Registered with the Health and care council (HCPC) (BAAT) British Association of Art Therapists or eq Experience working with individuals with learning disability and/or personality disorder, behaviours that challenge Understanding of trauma informed care Risk awareness and boundaries Enhanced Access NI check required This is a specialist role, suited to an experienced therapist who is confident working independently within a care home environment while collaborating with the wider care team.
