This is an office-based role. Main Duties Include Overseeing a multi-site business Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers Implement and manage processes Contribute to budgets and business plans Identify issues and implement solutions Implement strategies for various departments Hire and train staff Data analysis Sales and marketing Ensure compliance with our H&S policy and best practices Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall business performance Essential Skills & Experience Ability to work under pressure Decision making Financial management Leadership IT literate especially in Outlook and Excel Experience working within an office environment Excellent communication skills Clean driving licence – a maximum of 3 points is acceptable Desirable Experience working in the home improvement industry The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
