The postholder may be required to work in other Trust premises in Coventry and Nuneaton About the role We are seeking to appoint a Cover Administrator to lead and coordinate the daily deployment of internal cover staff across our secondary school and trust primary schools, ensuring smooth operations and continuity of learning. The successful candidate will manage cover arrangements using systems such as Office 365 and Arbor MIS, liaising with senior leaders to optimise resource use and maintain budgetary control. They will also work with external agencies to source high-quality supply staff when needed and collaborate with the trust finance team to ensure cost-effective cover provision aligned with financial planning. All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
