Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: £12.36
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Admin Officer / Tribunal Clerk to support our public sector client in Liverpool. Responsibilities include:
* Interacting with the public via telephone and in person at hearings
* Processing correspondence manually and electronically according to guidance
* Updating appeals accurately and promptly on the database
* Collaborating with government departments, judges, and tribunal members
* Clerking tribunal hearings in Liverpool and other areas, with expenses reimbursed
* Providing professional service to judiciary and attendees
* Greeting judicial panel members, customers, and representatives
* Ensuring hearings are managed timely and recorded appropriately
* Handling customer queries and explaining hearing processes
* Training on internal systems will be provided
Requirements:
* Ability to follow established processes and detailed instructions
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Accessible location by car, train, or bus
