We are looking for multiple Graduate Apprentices to join the team. This role can be based in Kelso or Livingston however the first year of the programme is based in Kelso.

Purpose Statement: The role holder will complete their education by a combination of weekly college/university release and structured on-the-job training, and are expected to achieve the appropriate qualification within the duration of the programme.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
2. Able to apply new work requirements with minimal supervision.
3. Is up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements for role.
4. Consistently completes assignments or work requirements on time without compromising on quality.
5. Uses time effectively to manage workload/tasks.

Additional Accountabilities:

6. Supporting manufacturing operations as required.
7. Ongoing demonstration of competence evidenced in Individual Learning Agreement or learning provider assessments.
8. Ongoing demonstration of Plexus’ Non-Negotiables.
9. Achievement of Apprenticeship milestones.
10. Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

11. Meets minimum entry requirements for the relevant cours programme.

Other Qualifications:

12. An aptitude for learning and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Physical Requirements:

13. The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
