A leading regional contractor specialising in social housing planned maintenance and retrofit projects across the North West is currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver retrofit projects across the Manchester area.

The role
Lead retrofit projects from pre-construction through to completion
Manage contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
Oversee programme, budget, risk, and quality control
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular progress updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and partnersExperience required:
Demonstrable experience delivering retrofit projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards
