A highly regarded law firm is seeking experienced Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives to join its growing consultant network on a fee-share basis.

- 75% of your own billings
- 60% of referred work that you complete
- 15% of fees generated from work introduced to the firm and completed by colleagues
- Fixed salary during the initial transition period (where required)

About You
To be considered, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Have the ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Possess an established client following, ideally generating a minimum of £100,000 in annual billings
- Demonstrate strong business development and client relationship skills
- Be commercially minded, client-focused and collaborative in your approach
