Warehouse Operative Our client is a market-leader in their field of manufacturing with a state-of-the-art facility in Chertsey and they are looking for a hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team. Duties includes: Receive, record, and sample all incoming materials, ensuring they are properly quarantined and stored. Once approved by Quality Control, transfer materials to the main warehouse. Prepare blends accurately according to specified formulations and processes. Maintain strict safety standards at all times. Repack and decant raw materials based on the production picking list provided, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness. Fulfil customer sample requests promptly and professionally. Prepare outbound orders for shipment, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and strapping as needed. Complete all required paperwork to support accurate invoice creation and book shipping agents for both sample and full-order dispatch. Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with training and company procedures. Additional requirements Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict processes and procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
