About the role…
This new role is required due to continued growth within our water framework with Severn Trent. You will be part of the bid team and as a Senior Bid Coordinator you will manage the Pipeline of Opportunities, Tender, Governance and Approval processes.


What will your day look like…
• Providing support for bid opportunities.
• Completion of governance process documents.
• Upload documents to project management system.
• Contribute to bids, analyse data to support in the tender process for the Severn Trent Water account.
• Support in the creation of Director approval presentations and sign off packs.
• Prepare case studies for tenders.
• Gathering and evaluation of information to provide complete and accurate presentations for reports.
• Engage with account leads and support resource planning.
• Facilitate tender meetings.
• Identify growth areas and gaps in market or services delivered.
• Create compliance action plans for account performance measures.
• Support KPM compliance on framework.


Skills and Experience…
• Experience in a Bid team (writing or coordination)
• Excel / Strong key skills
• Problem Solving
• Customer focused
• Good organisation
• Strong Communication skills
• 2 years’ experience working within a similar sector (Utilities, Civils or Construction)
• Project Management qualification or relevant time served experience considered
• Estimating, commercial background
