About the Job:
The role is primarily for taking ownership of our internal communications for a Civil Engineering company that employs over 450 staff with an annual turnover of over £100m.
80% of the work will be producing written content on our socials, intranet and website. With other duties to support the rest of the department.
This isn't an entry level job. We're looking for someone with at least 1 - 2 years experience, someone who can follow a message calendar and produce to deadlines.
Also be able to spot a story, a bit of a PR / Marketing brain would help....make a mountain out of a molehill kind of thing.
You don't need to be film maker or SEO expert. No need for mad hacking skills or influencer roles. What I'm looking for is a story teller, someone who can weave those words together to captivate our audience.
