Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) - Loughborough
A well-established, full-service Leicestershire law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice known for handling high-value commercial property transactions for a diverse client base.
The Firm
This modern high-street law firm has built a strong reputation across multiple practice areas, with particular strength in commercial property law. The team regularly advises on multi-million-pound transactions and acts for individuals, investors, regional developers and portfolio clients.
The Role
You will join an experienced Commercial Property team, working alongside three established lawyers. The caseload is broad and engaging, offering exposure to:
* Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Land acquisition and development matters
* Portfolio management work
* Advising clients ranging from first-time commercial buyers to seasoned investors and developers
This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) - due to the existing balance within the team, candidates from Newly Qualified through to Senior Associate level can be accommodated
* Experience or strong interest in commercial property law
* Ability to manage a varied caseload (with appropriate supervision for junior lawyers)
* Strong communication and client management skills
* A commitment to building a long-term career within the region
