Field Sales Representative What You Will Do As a Field Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving sales and establishing relationships with new clients within your assigned territory at Johnson Controls. Your focus will be on selling Electronic Services, specifically Moves, Adds, and Changes, while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. You will be responsible for: Managing the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Providing ongoing customer support and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. How You Will Do It Your approach will involve a systematic Go-To-Market strategy, utilizing sales tools and customer insights to drive growth. You will: Develop a sales strategy based on market analysis and performance data. Utilize Salesforce.com for lead management, performance tracking, and building a strong sales pipeline. Engage in field activities and networking to discover new business opportunities. Work with the Marketing team to create campaigns that align with your sales goals. Key Responsibilities Implement business development strategies to penetrate target markets. Identify and expand existing accounts while pursuing new sales opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring effective management from lead generation to deal closure. Facilitate efficient bid management and coordinate with stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies. What We Look For We are looking for a motivated sales professional with a proven success record in technical solution sales. You should excel in complex sales environments and be adept at building strong client relationships. Essential Skills & Experience Proficient knowledge of Electronic Services and related technology. Experience in field sales and relationship-driven selling. Familiarity with Salesforce.com and similar CRM tools. Ability to manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Background in the technology sector or experience with electrical contractors. Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams. Proven ability to create strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams. Customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving results.
