We sell through our own website and other ecommerce channels, and we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience for parents dressing their little ones for life's most special moments.Our suits have even caught the attention of the costume department at BBC's Peaky Blinders a testament to the quality and style that sets us apart As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, organised, and customer-focused E-Commerce Executive to join our team on-site and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The Role This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are looked after, and our online presence stays accurate and up to date. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing and preparing daily orders accurately and on time Responding to customer enquiries across email and other channels in a friendly, professional manner Monitoring stock levels and flagging replenishment needs Creating and updating product listings across our ecommerce platforms Assisting with general ecommerce admin and operational tasks as the business requires About You Some experience in an ecommerce, retail, or admin role (junior to mid-level welcome) Comfortable working with online platforms and order management systems Strong attention to detail especially when it comes to stock, listings, and order accuracy A good communicator who can handle customer messages with warmth and professionalism Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload day-to-day An interest in fashion, childrenswear, or occasion wear is a bonus but not essential What We Offer A friendly, close-knit team environment Hands-on experience across all areas of a growing ecommerce business Opportunity to grow with the business as we expand
