The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Student Operations, providing administration, tenancy support, and customer service across a large student lettings portfolio. This is an office-based role requiring the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems while supporting a small, dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Prepare marketing materials for student properties in collaboration with the New Lets team Communicate with prospective student tenants and guarantors Conduct student and guarantor referencing checks Process tenancy applications accurately and efficiently Complete Right to Rent checks and ensure tenancy paperwork is correct Facilitate smooth move-ins, including tenancy agreement processing and key handovers Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers Coordinate summer property staging programmes Conduct student property viewings Support the New Lets team with viewings, marketing, property launches, and canvassing as required Assist with holiday cover and other team support duties What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience in property management or lettings administration desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent attention to detail Confident using multiple CRM systems and online platforms Team player with a flexible, professional attitude What's In It For You?
