Experienced Cover Supervisors – Take the Next Step in Your Education Career! Principal Resourcing are seeking to recruit experienced Cover Supervisors for day-to-day cover with immediate start. Flexibility to work across our partnership schools in the Bradford area is essential. We are seeking candidates with previous experience covering lessons across a range of Secondary subjects and the ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, to ensure consistency and high-quality learning for students. The role may be ideal for aspiring teachers who are seeking additional classroom experience before applying for a PGCE and progressing on to Teacher Training. Whether you\'re looking for a new challenge, variety in your schedule, or the opportunity to be one step closer toward formal teacher training — we’re here to help you succeed!
What You\'ll Do
* Seamlessly lead pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
* Confidently manage behaviour and keep students focused and motivated
* Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
* Support students using your existing experience and strategies
* Work closely with teaching staff and SLT to ensure continuity in learning
