We are currently seeking a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join our client, a prominent accident repair group based in Canterbury, Kent. Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
* Inspect damaged vehicles to assess extent of repairs needed
* Prepare, prime, and spray vehicles to specified standards and within agreed timelines
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, adhering strictly to company and health & safety procedures
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and accurate administration of work tasks
* Collaborate effectively within a small, focused team and independently when required
* Prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining safety and quality standards
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or ATA qualification in Paint Spraying is essential
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the vehicle accident repair sector
* Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and state-of-the-art equipment
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Full UK/EU Driving Licence
* Proactive, team-focused attitude with a pride in delivering excellent customer service
* Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workshop organisation
