As Restaurant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For
* Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily management, administration, and operations of the restaurant.
* Lead all pre-opening activities, including sourcing, recruiting, and executing a successful opening plan.
* Develop and implement service standards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
* Analyse operations, costs, and revenue to optimize business performance.
* Conduct team meetings, resolve conflicts, and address guest concerns promptly.
* Prepare revenue forecasts and take corrective measures to achieve financial goals.
* Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and uphold professional standards.
What We're Looking For In a Restaurant Manager
* 2+ years of senior role experience in hospitality, including fine dining and pre-opening.
* Expertise in Italian cuisine.
* Experience with SOPs, health and safety, and staff training.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Well-groomed and professional appearance.
* Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement.
