A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Employment Associate / Partner to lead and grow a Manchester-based Employment Law team. This role is suited to an ambitious lawyer with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the confidence to develop a high-profile presence in the local market.
The Role
You will:
* Lead and expand the Employment offering in Manchester
* Advise HR teams, boards, and senior executives on the full range of employment matters
* Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation
* Drive business development and build a strong professional network
* Support and mentor junior team members
A clear pathway to partnership is available for the right candidate.
About You
✔️ 10+ years’ PQE
✔️ Experience advising corporate clients and handling tribunal litigation
✔️ Strong BD skills and a Manchester network
✔️ Confident, strategic, and commercially minded
✔️ Comfortable taking ownership of a growing practice
