Kennedys is looking for an Early Careers Assistant to join its Recruitment team.
This role provides operational and administrative support to the Early Careers team, helping to deliver high-quality programmes for apprentices, trainees, and other early careers cohorts. The role plays a key part in recruitment activity, onboarding, programme coordination, and candidate experience, ensuring a professional and inclusive approach at every stage.
Team
The Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in various locations globally across Kennedys' five regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Talent, Recruitment, Responsible Business, Operations, and Reward.
You will be working in a fast-paced, demanding, and global environment as we strive to make a difference for our people, clients and communities where we work.
Key responsibilities
1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes for apprenticeships, trainee solicitor programmes, and other early careers initiatives
2. Assist with vacancy set-up, advert posting, and screening and managing applications through the ATS
3. Coordinate and host assessment centres, and virtual events, including scheduling and logistics
4. Act as a first point of contact for candidates, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
5. Provide feedback calls to unsuccessful candidates
6. Support outreach and attraction activity, including careers fairs and insight events
7. Coordinate social media content and posting
Required experience
8. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
9. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
11. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or early careers, desirable
