My client, an award-winning town planning and development consultancy, is looking for an Assistant Planner to join their team in London. You will be working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and urban regeneration projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is on the RTPI-APC pathway or a recent graduate with a 6-18 months experience in Planning Consultancy or with a Local Authority.
Key responsibilities:
* Support on the delivery of projects
* Assist in meetings with clients
* Preparing planning applications
* Assist with planning appeals
* Analyse and research sites
You will have:
* Good understanding of the UK planning system
* A positive, proactive, hard-working attitude
* Personable and a strong team player
* A degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field.
