Walker Wealth Management Ltd is a growing financial advice practice based in Poole. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored financial planning for our clients, built on trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships.
We are now looking for an ambitious Financial Adviser to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a Financial Adviser, you will:
* Provide holistic financial advice to new and existing clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
* Conduct detailed reviews of clients' circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles.
* Create and present tailored financial plans and recommendations.
* Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular reviews.
* Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the growth of the practice through networking and business development.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipFA, DipPFS, DipFS, or equivalent) – essential.
* Experienced as a financial adviser, ideally with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
* Skilled in building rapport, explaining complex concepts simply, and providing excellent client care.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
* Committed to ongoing professional development, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Experience using tools such as FE Analytics or Voyant would be an advantage.
Experience within a St. James's Place partner practice would be an advantage.
