We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s busy, friendly call centre team. You’ll mainly handle inbound calls, supporting customers with a variety of queries while delivering an exceptional level of service.

What We’re Looking For
8. Strong customer service skills
9. Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls
10. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. Previous customer service experience (not necessarily in a call centre!)
Full training is provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
13. Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with the company’s Quality Framework
14. Be the first point of contact via telephone, email, SMS, and social media
15. Take ownership of enquiries and complaints, using initiative to find effective solutions
16. Accurately update internal systems to ensure smooth customer journeys
17. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide a seamless service
