Job Description
3. Ensure compliance with company policies;
4. Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed in time;
5. Responsible for record keeping and report generation;
6. Determine and execute the critical path for individual transactions and proactively ensuring execution in a timely fashion by all parties involved;
7. Support relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with our services;
8. Escalate problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution;
9. Analyse data spreadsheets to extract relevant information data;
10. Ensure confidentiality of data.
The Successful Applicant
1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field2. Intermediate Excel skills and willing to learn more3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software6. A proactive approach and ability to work independently
