The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands, ideally in Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, or Derby.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the role involves all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, executing sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans accordingly.
The successful candidate will grow Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, decision makers in clinical and non-clinical roles, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise within the territory.
Responsibilities include:
* Promoting, demonstrating, and selling spine products into NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieving sales results aligned with targets and KPIs.
* Selling and demonstrating medical equipment in theatre and clinical environments.
* Conducting trials and evaluations to drive sales.
* Providing excellent customer service and supporting new customer acquisition.
* Developing and implementing effective sales plans.
* Managing resources and materials, including consignment stock.
* Building relationships with key customers and decision makers, including surgeons and hospital staff.
* Organising and conducting training workshops.
* Reporting regularly to Sales Managers on sales and market activities.
* Maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.
* Ensuring all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
* Collaborating with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
* Spending approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Performing other relevant duties as required.
