The role
We’re looking for a Fleet Operations Administrator to support the effective management of CitySprint’s fleet operations across the UK.
This role is focused on ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability across our owned and hired vehicle fleet. You’ll play a key role in supporting vehicle maintenance, supplier relationships, and day-to-day fleet processes.
Working closely with internal teams, couriers, and external suppliers, you’ll help maintain accurate records, manage fleet-related queries, and support ongoing improvements within the fleet function.

What you’ll be doing
6. Supporting the day‑to‑day management of the CitySprint fleet, including owned and hired vehicles
7. Managing Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processes, ensuring accurate records and cost control
8. Monitoring vehicle maintenance, MOTs, repairs, and supplier performance
9. Supporting damage processes and liaising with repair centres to manage costs effectively
10. Maintaining accurate fleet data across systems (e.g. MID, Prohire, telematics platforms)
11. Assisting with insurance administration and claims handling processes
12. Supporting service centres, couriers, and operational teams with fleet-related queries
13. Monitoring telematics data and supporting driver behaviour and compliance initiatives
14. Contributing to fleet reporting, highlighting trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
15. Supporting compliance requirements, including FORS standards and audit preparation
16. Assisting with supplier relationships, including hire providers, insurers, and maintenance partners
17. Supporting continuous improvement and fleet electrification initiatives across the business
What we’re looking for
18. Experience within fleet operations, logistics, or a similar environment
19. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, insurance, or compliance processes
20. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
21. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
22. Ability to analyse data and identify trends or issues
23. Experience working with operational systems and Microsoft Office tools
24. A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
25. Confidence supporting both internal teams and external suppliers
26. Experience with telematics, PCNs, claims, or compliance frameworks (desirable)
