The Role
As the first point of contact for all internal IT support, you'll play a vital role in keeping a high-performance organisation running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware across computer and network systems
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues with confidence and efficiency
* Repairing and replacing damaged components as needed
* Ensuring security across client and server machines through antivirus and firewall management
* Supporting colleagues when they encounter technical challenges
* Testing new hardware and software ahead of full-scale rollouts
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date technical documentation
About You
You'll bring a solid IT foundation, a calm problem-solving approach, and genuine enthusiasm for technology. We're looking for:
* 2+ years' IT support experience in a professional environment
* Good working knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure
* Strong communication skills — you're comfortable engaging with people at all levels
* Organised, dependable, and a genuine team player
* Experience with SNMP, BACnet, or Modbus protocols is desirable but not essential
