Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in office – Soho and 1 day a week in Guildford)

A fast-growing B2B SaaS organisation in the care and wellbeing technology space is entering a pivotal stage of growth following recent acquisition activity and leadership transition.
The business is evolving from a fragmented suite of standalone products into a unified, integrated platform, supported by a new brand and go-to-market strategy launching internally mid-year and externally later in the year. This role will play a central part in shaping positioning, enabling sales, and driving adoption across key product areas during this transformation.
The Role
This is a hands‑on Product Marketing Manager position within a scaling SaaS environment undergoing meaningful change. You will own go‑to‑market strategy and execution for several products, support launches and feature releases, and translate complex capabilities into clear, value‑led messaging that drives commercial impact.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and CRM teams to improve sales enablement, customer engagement, and product adoption while helping embed a more structured and repeatable go‑to‑market discipline across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own marketing strategy and execution for a defined group of products
Lead go‑to‑market planning for launches, releases, and proposition changes
Create high‑impact sales collateral, webinars, and demo journeys
Translate product functionality into clear customer value and outcomes
Partner cross‑functionally to align messaging, campaigns, and adoption strategy
Support the shift toward a unified platform and scalable commercial growth
About You
Around five years’ experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, tech, or fintech
Proven experience managing multiple products or complex propositions
Strong go‑to‑market and sales enablement capability
Confident communicator with excellent messaging and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating in a scale‑up or post‑startup environment with pace and ambiguity
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded
