Casework & Support Manage an allocated caseload under the guidance of a Team Manager or Social Worker Provide practical, day-to-day support to children, young people, and families ? Assessments & Safeguarding Gather, analyse, and record information to support high-quality assessments Ensure all work aligns with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding standards ? Partnership Working Work collaboratively with professionals and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes Promote a joined-up, multi-agency approach ? Recording & Communication Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports Communicate effectively with a range of audiences ? Professional Development Take ownership of your learning and development Stay up to date with legislation, policies, and best practice What We’re Looking For ? Experience working with children, young people, or families ? Strong communication and organisational skills ? Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions ?
