FOOD (FRUIT) Production Operative – Immediate Work.
Location: Sittingbourne - Bicknor. Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm. Type: Full‑Time – Temp. Pay: £12.21 per hour.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Capable of lifting up to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English to weigh/measure ingredients from a recipe card, and assist with batching out finished product.
* Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools.
* Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running.
* Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues.
* Store goods and raw materials safely – forklift duties may be involved if licensed.
* Report any machinery faults or production problems to supervisors.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Follow all health & safety and company production procedures.

* Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required.
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
* Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage.
