Skills & Experience
We have 3 tiers of candidates we are considering, and our client will remunerate and train accordingly:
Tier 1 - Experienced Salespeople from Other Companies
* 3+ years' experience in a real estate company
* Seeking a change or the next step in their real estate career
* Open to both commercial and residential sectors
* Holds a real estate licence but hasn't utilized it yet
* No licence but eager for a career change - our client will support the right candidate with obtaining a real estate licence
