Responsibilities
Offer an exciting opportunity within the Ceredigion Leg Ulcer Service for a committed, flexible RGN with previous experience and a genuine interest in leg ulcer management. The post holder will lead the delivery of the Leg Ulcer model throughout Ceredigion, support staff in training and the delivery of a patient‑centred leg ulcer model, and undertake clinical skills such as assessment, compression therapy, hosiery measurement, wound and skin management and Doppler ultrasound. Full training and support will be provided for those without prior Doppler or compression experience.
Qualifications
Candidate must hold excellent communication and time‑management skills, previous experience in mentoring, and a flexible approach to the needs of the service. Experience in teaching or educational delivery is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
