* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
* Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM 2015, and Construction Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience in producing and managing scheme deliverables including PCI packs, BoQs, scheme specifications using the MCHW and health and safety files.
* Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, inspection, and maintenance.
* Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects to time and budget.
* Good working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
* Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or equivalent.
* Experience with BIM, structural analysis software, and digital inspection tools.
