The Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you'll step into the classroom to deliver high-quality learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering planned lessons or stepping in with minimal preparation
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their best
Following school policies and working closely with staff
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates who meet either of the following:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
OR
At least 1 year of experience teaching in secondary schools (UK-based)
In addition, you'll need:
A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for education and inspiring young people
