Job Overview
We have an opportunity available to join Paragon's Sunderland site as a Digital Mailroom Agent. Working within a fast -paced digital mailroom operation, you will be responsible for opening and sorting incoming physical mail or processing digital mail to a high service level and achieve agreed SLA.
Hours: Monday to Friday - Either 6am - 3pm / 7am - 4pm
Overtime is also available.
Your main duties would include:
* Handling and processing incoming mail including personal and sensitive documents, financial information etc.
* Processing the digital casework and archiving data to a high standard ensuring 100% quality and accuracy
* Returning sensitive documents to customers and completing banking procedures for client
* Following correct processes to meet required client criteria
* Works quickly and with pace, highlighting anything that appears a risk or incorrect
* Meets required service level agreements and achieves set KPI's
* Manages own time effectively, handling multiple requirements/changes.
Skills and Attributes we are looking for
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in delivery requirement
* Experience within a fast-paced environment
* Beneficial but not essential -using Different digital applications such as Kofax, Microsoft Office etc.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadline
