We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Early Careers Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of professionals. About the Role As an Early Careers Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our talent development strategy, supporting apprentices, interns, graduates, and trainees throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, learning and development teams, and external partners to ensure our early careers programmes are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and pastoral support to early careers cohorts, helping them navigate their development pathways. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and development activities tailored to early talent. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure meaningful placements and progression opportunities. Support recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and outreach events. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve programme delivery. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all early careers initiatives. About You Experience working in early careers, talent development, HR, or education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, graduate schemes, or youth employment initiatives is a plus. A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others grow. Why Join Us?
