Redcape Hospitality is seeking passionate, caring, people-centric individuals to join the Saltwater Creek Hotel Team as Casual Bottle Shop attendants. You would assist your Bottle Shop Manager in conjunction with the collective team to successfully operate the store in a hands-on role within a FOH & BOH capacity.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

* A genuine passion and care for the hospitality industry & the people that work within it.
* An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude.
* Previous cash handling skills experience preferable
* High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well.
* High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role.
* Flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts which may include opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our operating hours.

* A current RSA certification (Or willingness to obtain).
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required/mandatory.
* A Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Bottle Shop Manager and team to operate the store in a hands-on role within FOH & BOH capacity.
* Deliver quality customer service and support a positive guest experience.
* Demonstrate strong rapport-building with guests and colleagues.
* Support cash handling where applicable and follow standard operating procedures.
