Fire and Electrical Planner Hindle House (Banbury) based with a balance of home and office working £29,794 - £31,362 per year 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm We have an opportunity for a Fire and Electrical Planner to join our Fire and Security Operations Support team based at Hindle House, Banbury. You will be joining a team of 14 team members including 3 other Planners and some Administration roles. The main purpose of this role is to deliver high quality services and effective scheduling of the Fire Servicing and Repair team in accordance with contract specifications. The role of Fire and Electrical Planner will include: Delivering high quality and consistent services in relation to the resolution of queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, escalating as appropriate Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications, effectively communicating progress and outcomes to the customer Managing relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately Maintaining effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information, ensuring they are as user friendly and accessible as possible Assisting in the production of quality statistical information on key performance indicators such as satisfaction levels and response times to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements Skills and experiences: NVQ2 in Customer Service or Business Administration (or similar) Good negotiation and planning skills Experience of using multiple systems and processes to effectively schedule a field workforce Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice Proven experience analysing and diagnosing problems using multiple systems and implementing effective solutions Ability to extract and interpret data from a number of sources About us We provide in-house repairs and maintenance for a wide range of properties, as part of a not-for-profit organisation.
